OPP have released a few details after two transports collided on Highway 17 this morning.
The crash happened between English River and Ignace around 6:30.
Police say the driver of a westbound transport was airlifted to hospital where he remains in stable condition.
A passenger in the rig suffered minor injuries.
OPP say the driver of an eastbound fuel truck was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The collision caused fuel to spill all over the highway, closing it down for almost eight hours.
The Trans-Canada has since reopened.
Police have yet to lay charges and are investigating the cause.
