The Dryden High School Arts Council is set to embark on its six day trip to the Big Apple.
The 33 students and 4 chaperones will leave Thunder Bay Tuesday morning.
Shayna Kirwin, Emma Taylor and Ryan Graham were guests on the CKDR Morning Show Monday to talk about their trip.
They will tour the Museum of Modern Art, the Empire State Building and Radio City Music Hall. The Council will also be entertained by a number of Broadway shows as well as a meet-and-greet with cast members.
Among the shows they’ll be attending is ‘Come From Away,’ the surprise Tony Award nominated musical about Gander Newfoundland taking in over 7 thousand passengers from 38 planes when American Air Space was closed after 9-11/
The students attending the trip will be joining CKDR throughout their trip with updates in a “New York Minute” feature.
