DHS Hands Out Dramatic Arts And Music Awards

The Dryden High School Dramatic Arts and Music Association has honoured its top students of the year.

Elizabeth Bloomfield is the inaugural winner of the Award of Distinction for her time and commitment to both programs.

Bloomfield says the award came as surprise but stresses she’s honoured.

She says she’s learned a lot of valuable skills and forged great relationships in the music and arts program.

Bloomfield notes merging music with drama creates a stronger team and leaders in the community.

Most Improved Musicians: Jayne Pateman, Lauren Butts

Most Valuable Member: Riley Pihulak
