Colins Wise was the double overtime hero as the Schreiber Diesels topped the Dryden Ice Dogs 4-3 in Schreiber Wednesday night. Schreiber now leads the best of seven semi-final 2 games to 1. After a scoreless first Schreiber led 2-1 after 2 but the Ice Dogs would take a 3-2 lead early in the thirs before the Diesels tied it up with just over 6 minutes left in the period. The first overtime solved nothing but it took under 3 minutes for the Diesels to take the win in the second OT. Marlon Gardner had 2 goals, Cody Jefferies added a single for the Dryden. Graeme Harrington suffered the loss between the pipes. Dryden will try to steal back home ice advantage with Thursday night with game 4 in Schreiber. CKDR will have the call starting at 6:15 Central time with the pre-game show.
