Dismal Forest Sector Report

Thunder Bay-Rainy River MP John Rafferty is calling the latest statistics on Canada’s forest industry dismal.
Natural Resources Canada figures show the forest sector is not as significant to the Canadian economy as it was 4-years ago.
Rafferty says the Harper government has played a role in that decline.
The NDP member feels the numbers will continue to drop without federal support.
