Stolen Goods Leads to Arrest

A 24-year-old Dryden woman has been charged for allegedly stealing a wallet from a car parked on Third Avenue last month.
When the owner discovered that her wallet was missing, she immediately cancelled her credit card.
However, she soon discovered that a purchase of over $1,000 was made to buy a large barbeque and golf clubs.
After a lengthy investigation, Dryden Police recovered the purchased items and identified the suspect.
Police say Melissa Anne Palermo faces 2-counts of property obtained by crime and fraudulent use of a credit card.
