Water levels are receding in the Dryden area and that has allowed the City to start opening things back up.
The Van Horne Landing and Dock, Duke Street Dock, and Skene Landing are now open to the public.
However, the sidewalks from Cooper Park to the Duke Street Dock and from Duke Street to King Street remain closed at this time.
