A Dryden man has been charged in a case of animal cruelty.
Provincial Police received an anonymous call Monday morning about a dog being left out in the cold at a home in Wainwright Township.
Officers found a husky cross in poor condition due to the bitter cold wind and temperatures.

The dog was transported for treatment and is now safe in a shelter.
OPP say 37-year-old Paul Lysy will appear in court on March 16th to answer to the charges.
