Provincial Police say no charges are being laid in a crash near Vermilion Bay.
Tuesday morning a pick-up truck lost control on the Trans-Canada Highway as it was being passed by a transport.
Police say road conditions were slick at the time and the westbound pick-up ended up colliding with an eastbound SUV.
The driver of the SUV suffered only minor injuries and was taken to hospital.
Police say the driver of the semi did not stop and they were not able to locate it as they didn’t have a good description.
