Dog Owner Charged

Ear Falls OPP have charged a 32-year-old dog owner in the community.
Over the long weekend, police say a 19-year-old man told officers he was bitten repeatedly by a dog as he walked along a path on Birch Drive in Ear Falls.
It was eventually learned the owner of the dog lived further down Birch Drive.
As a result, the owner was charged under the Dog Owners Liability Act for failing to prevent a dog from attacking.
