Dog Owners in Red Lake Receive a Warning

Dog owners in Red Lake are being asked to remember the rules as OPP have dealt with numerous calls of dogs running at large.
Police say owners may be charged under the Municipal By-Law and ordered to pay a fine.
OPP also ask that you ensure dogs have plenty of food, water and shade if left outside for a short period of time.
OPP remind the public that its an offence to neglect or cause unnecessary suffering to an animal.
Police say irresponsible owners may be charged criminally.
