Dogs Collar Miners In Ear Falls

A four game losing streak against the English River Miners has been snapped in a big way.
The Dryden Ice Dogs finally found the winning formula against the Miners, winning 5-1 Monday night in Ear Falls.
It was a balanced attack for Dryden with Adam Smith, Derek McPhail, Chris Belhumer, Jarrett Day and Dane Feeney scoring.
Alex Hester picked up his first point as an Ice Dog and Joakim Jutras recorded the win.
John Morales replied for English River.
In other SIJHL play, Minnesota put down Wisconsin 5-1.
