Dryden Ice Dog forward Ben McClellan is the SIJHL Player of the Week.
Th 20-year-old scored 5-times, including 2-game winners, and set up 3-others as the Ice Dogs ended 2010 with 3-more wins.
McClellan is riding a 10-game point streak and has moved into fourth spot overall in the scoring lead with 38-points.
He currently leads the League in game-winning goals with 6.
The highlight of the week for McClellan was a 4-goal effort against the North Stars in last Saturday’s win in Thunder Bay.
Meantime, the latest National rankings are out and the Dryden Ice Dogs received honourable mention.
The Wisconsin Wilderness remain the 19th ranked team.
