Unleashed dogs running around at large is starting to become a growing
problem according to a group of Dryden residents.
In a letter addressed to City Council, concerns were raised about
incidents at the Laura Howe Marsh, including animal waste on the ground.
City Clerk Colleen Brousseau understands their plea and notes the
letter has been passed along to those that enforce the rules.
