A group of residents want the City of Dryden to crack down on dog
owners who let their pets run loose and leave animal waste on the ground.
Recent problems at the Laura Howe Marsh were cited in a letter
addressed to City Council.
Clerk Colleen Brousseau says the public is asked to abide by the
Municipal Animal Control Bylaw.
Fines for not picking up after your animal and for letting dogs off leash are in the neighborhood of $60.
Brousseau notes the concerns have been passed along to the OSPCA who
enforces the bylaw.
