Don’t Leave Pets in Vehicles

The local Ontario SPCA Branch is reminding pet owners to not leave
their pets inside vehicles during the current heat wave.
Officials stress an animal can sucumb to heat exhaustion even after
spending a short time in a car or a truck.
The SPCA urges anyone who witnesses a pet stuck inside a car to contact
Police or the local office at 223-8721.
No problems have been reported this summer in Dryden.
