David Ramsay Reluctant to Sign Softwood Deal

The Natural Resources Minister in Ontario says the softwood lumber
agreement will nickle and dime the forest industry to death and he’s
reluctant to sign onto the deal.
David Ramsay says forest companies aren’t getting their fair share of
the duties that have been collected by the States.
He adds more money is needed to ease the strain on the industry as
Ontario waits for a final resolution to the softwood lumber dispute.
