The Kenora District Services Board recently received 625-
thousand dollars from the Province’s “Deilvering
Opportunities for Ontario Renters” program.
Part of the money will be used to conduct a study on the
housing needs in the region.
Director of Housing Services Adrian De Porto says
they’ll start the study in the fall.

A portion of the DOOR grant will also go towards
installing elevator lifts in Seniors complexes in Dryden
and Red Lake.
