The Kenora District Services Board will be conducting a study on the housing needs in the region, starting this fall.
Director of Housing Services Adrian De Porto says they’ll be looking for specific communities who are in need of housing, including Kenora.

The study will be paid for by the Province’s Delivering Opportunities for Ontario Renters program.
The KDSB recently received 625-thousand dollars in DOOR funding, part will go towards installing elevator lifts in Seniors Complexes in Dryden and Red Lake.
