A Red Lake man is facing charges after police received a complaint about an impaired driver.
Red Lake OPP say they spotted the vehicle on Forestry Road.
As officers were talking to the driver outside his vehicle, a bag of marihuana fell out of a hole in his pants.
Police say the man was taken back to the detachment for breath tests.
The 39-year old male is facing several charges including impaired driving, driving over the legal limit, and possession of a controlled substance.
He will appear in court on June 13th.
