Dryden Minor Football is on the receiving end of the Dingwall Ford Drive One event this weekend.
If you test drive a vehicle Saturday between 10:00am until 2:00pm, Ford of Canada will donate $20 and Dingwall Ford will match that amount.
Neil McLeod, Jarrett Hicks and Carter Armstrong were guests on the CKDR Morning Show Friday.
McLeod says the Falcons program continues to grow.
It started in 2011 with 25-kids, last year registration reached 50 and this year already they are at 48.
McLeod stresses the program gives kids the experience needed to make a smooth transition to the High School program.
Hicks played one year with the Falcons and called it a great experience.
He says he got to learn the game and pursue football.
Hicks, who is entering Grade 10, will be replacing Braydon Hansson next season as Eagles Quarterback.
Grade 8 student Carter Armstrong is entering his second full season with the Falcons.
Armstrong calls it great program, nothing the coaches are very supportive and players get valuable the training needed to reach the next level.
Proceeds from the Ford Drive One fundraiser will help in the construction of a Press Box at Harry McMaster Field.
