Director Of Public Board Says New High School Is On Track

Keewatin-Patricia District School Board says they remain on track in regards to a new High School in Sioux Lookout.

Director of Education Sean Monteith says they have met their benchmarks with successful dealings with the architect and the municipality.

Monteith says the Ministry of Education is keeping close tabs on the project and it’s timeline.

He notes they have made great gains in the past couple of months and still plan to have a replacement for Queen Elizabeth in time for the 2017 school year.
