Drowning In Marathon Area

A 73-year-old Kingston man has drowned in Lake Superior.
Provincial Police say Erhard Frenzl and another man were in a canoe that capsized Saturday at the mouth of the White River.
They say Frenzl was swept away by the current and his body was later recovered about half a kilometre offshore.
The second man made it safely back to shore.
