An Ontario trucker faces charges after Police found marijuana in a transport at the Manitoba-Ontario boundary over the weekend.
Officers say they found more than 70 kilograms of pot shrink-wrapped and packaged in bundles hidden in a cargo of mechanical parts.
The shipment was heading to Toronto from Alberta.
Meantime, Police stopped a car Friday morning on Highway 17 near Upsala and found voer 50 pounds of marijuana worth an estimated $500,000.
A 41-year-old B.C. man has been arrested.
