As you can probably tell from the low water levels on Eagle and
Wabigoon Lakes, it was another dry month of August in Dryden.
The area beat last years record low by registering only
56.5-millimetres of rain, almost 30-millimetres below average.
Sioux Lookout also beat a 5-year record, with only 39.3 millimetres
of rain in August.
The normal mark is 88.5-millimetres in Sioux Lookout.
