Dryden Area Full Of Organ Donors

Dryden is ahead of the pack when it comes to being a registered organ donor.
The Trillium Gift of Life Network says 41% of local residents are registered.
The provincial rate is 23%
Network President and CEO Ronnie Gavsie says the northwest region has the highest rate of donors.
Gavsie says one organ donor can save eight lives, and through tissue donation can enhance the lives of 75-people.
