Its a long term blueprint for the City of Dryden.
Officials are currently going through a land use implementation study, with public input being sought.
Director of Engineering Brad Johns says the study will look at possible new development as well as examining their existing infrastructure.
The plan will eventually outline water and sewer requirements to the year 2020.
It comes with a $400,000 price tag and is to be completed by next June.
