The Dryden District Chamber of Commerce is offering shoppers more reasons to shop local this Christmas season.
The Chamber is setting up a Christmas Store consisting of 14 vendors, for a five week period, at the former Boffo location at 14 King Street.
Manager Lorna Wood says they are now looking to fill vendor spaces.
Wood says the space is perfect for home based businesses, hand crafter’s and artists.
She notes the Christmas Store will give those individuals a central location to sell their products.
The Store will operate from November 17 to December 24th.
Wood says the idea has been supported by their members and the business community.
To sign-up as a vendor call the Chamber of Commerce at 223-2622 or e-mail chamber@drytel.net
Booth prices: Chamber member-$225; Non-Member-$250 and will include a Chamber membership for duration of 2017.
Fees cover rental, business licence and advertising as well as participation in Midnight Madness.
