The Dryden Eagles High School Football team was perfect again at home turf.
For the second straight week, the Eagles pitched a shutout in a 38-0 win over the Daniel McIntyre Maroons Friday afternoon.
Gus Brosseau and Thomas Moline led a stifling defence with an interception each. Offensively, Dryden stormed out of the gate, with Jarett Hicks involved in four straight touchdowns. Hicks started the game with a 55-yard touchdown run. The quarterback added two more on the ground. Hicks then hooked up with Gunner Anderson for a lengthy touchdown pass and catch. Carter Armstrong would replace Hicks at quarterback and he proceeded to run for consecutive touchdowns. One came in the second half.
Dryden now improves to 4-0.
The Eagles are back on the road next Thursday against Kildonan East Collegiate.
