A new addition for the Dryden Fire Service.
Captain Cora MacRae has been hired as the new Fire Prevention Officer.
MacRae will be responsible for education and enforcement.
She was former Chief of the Machin Fire Service.
The position was created by Council earlier this year following a recommendation from the Office of the Fire Marshal and another outside audit.
