The City of Dryden is taking another step to become more open and transparent.
The Municipality has received Northern Ontario Heritage Funding to hire a Strategic Initiatives and Communications Intern.
Clerk Debra Kincaid says improved communication has been identified as a key strategic priority for the City as they are drafting both new corporate communications policy as well as a engagement policy which the intern will help with.
Kincaid notes the Intern will work directly with her, Chief Administrative Officer Ernie Remillard and the Senior Management Team.
