After 20 years as Dryden Regional Health Centre CEO, Andrew Skene has decided to call it a career.
Skene will retire at the end of the year after 38 years in the medical field.
Skene says he enjoyed his time at the Hospital and is most proud of the growth of the facility and the implementation of new programs.
He adds he will still try to sit on various Health Committee’s but for the most part he wants to relax and travel.
Assistant CEO Wade Petranik will move into Skene’s position on a full time basis.
