The Dryden Regional Health Centre has released their new Strategic Plan for the next 4 years.
The title is “Care That Works” and the strategy focuses on patients and families, hospital staff and community partners.
Chief Executive Officer Wade Petranik says they have simplified their priorities by ditching their traditional Mission and Vision Statement.
Petranik stresses one goal is to work with Indigenous communities to help provide more culturally appropriate care.
He adds they will look at the big picture of health care needs in the Dryden area, outside of the hospital.
