At the Ontario Hospital Association Health Achieve conference held on Wednesday, the hospital received a silver award and a $5000 scholarship.
The award recognizes the organizational efforts to improve healthcare workplaces in a way that contribute to employees quality of work life and the services they deliver.
Hospital CEO Wade Petranik says this recognizes the staff’s ongoing commitment and dedication to a healthy workplace.
