The City of Dryden is losing its Director of Public Works and
Engineering.
Mike Fenton has accepted a job with an engineering firm in Calgary and
will be leaving his post at the end of the month.
Fenton says 2-projects are critical for the future of Dryden and they include the North Dryden Service Road and a new Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Fenton says it was a difficult decision and he will continue to call Dryden home.
He says he was blessed with a great crew at Public Works and the
Airport and will miss them the most.
Fenton accepted the manager’s position in May 2006 but has lived in Dryden for more then 25-years.
