A Dryden man has been acquitted on all charges related to a May 2010 fraud investigation at Insta Loan.
Roelof Botha was originally charged with fraud, forgery, uttering a forged document and criminal breach of trust.
Botha appeared in a Dryden Court and was acquitted on all charges.
The case was heard by Justice McKay, who determined Botha could not be pinned to any of the transactions that occurred.
