Dryden Man Charged With Arson

Dryden Police have laid charges in relation to last Thursday’s fire on Elm Bay Road.
Fire crews were contacted after an ice shack was set on fire.
The blaze quickly spread to the bush and the Ministry of Natural Resources had to be called in for support.
22-year-old Brent Oster of Dryden has been charged with arson and breaching the conditions of a probation order.
Property damage is estimated at $4,300.
