Dryden’s Bob McGillvray has pleaded not guilty to 66-prohibited weapon charges in a Brandon, Manitoba Court.
The 71-year-old was arrested at a Brandon Gun Show last December.
Two day’s of preliminary hearings will be held January 26th and 27th.
The Crown’s Office says a judge will determine if there’s enough evidence to proceed with a trial at that time.
McGillvray faces 11-similar charges in Dryden.
He has yet to enter a plea and his next Court date is September 26th.
