A Dryden man has plead guilty to theft.
City Police received two reports of theft last week.
Police say a man entered a store asking to use the phone.
When he left he managed to take an iPhone and money off the counter.
The same individual also stole a bag of meat from another store.
Police say 36-year-old Bobby-Joe Hutchison evaded police for the weekend, however was arrested this week at the Government building.
Hutchison has started serving a 75-day sentence.
