A Dryden hunter has been fined $1,500 for trespassing.
Shawn Gartner has pleaded guilty for entering a private property without permission.
Court heard that Gartner shot a white-tailed deer on a small parcel of land in the Dryden area last November.
The animal ran onto private land, where Gartner tracked it down without permission.
