Dryden Mayor Reacts to Toronto Leaving AMO

The City of Dryden has no plans on suspending its membership with the Association of Municipalities of Ontario.
The organization lost a major player this week when Toronto Mayor David Miller pulled out claiming that AMO delegates struck a “secret deal” with the Province to decide its issues.
Dryden Mayor Anne Krassilowsky says she is surprised and disappointed but it won’t affect their standing with AMO.
Krassilowsky says they will continue to address issues of concern, including a portion of the gas tax funding.
