A police chase involving OPP in Dryden and a stolen vehicle has led to
the arrest of 3-Calgary residents.
Officers observed a man in Vermilion Bay filling a van with a jerry can
of gasoline and when approached by Police the trio could not produce any
identification.
OPP say during a vehicle check, the van took off eastbound on Highway
17, resulting in a chase that ended at Lindquist Road.
A male and female passenger were arrested at the scene and the driver
fled into the woods before he was taken into custody a short time late.
21-year-old Bradley Edmiston has been charged with possession of
stolen property over $5,000, dangerous driving, flight from
police and breach of probation.
An 18-year-old and 17-year-old were both charged with posession of
stolen property.
