A tough start to the season for the Kenora ‘AAA’ Midget Thistles.
The Thistles dropped a pair of games to the Parkland Rangers on home ice.
Kenora lost 4-3 in a shootout Saturday night, after falling 6-4 Friday.
The Thistles hit the road Wednesday for a game against the Winnipeg Thrashers.
Dryden’s Matthew Pitchenese scored during the weekend series, while Sam Brunton and Jarod Price both added an assist.
