Dryden Police have apprehended a robbery suspect.
Police say on Wednesday at around 9:09am, they responded to a call at the Dryden High School after a student was held at knife point in a neighbouring parking lot. Police say the accused demanded that the youth turn over a cell phone then fled without obtaining any property and no injuries were sustained.
Dryden Police say after investigation, the identity of the accused is 30-year-old Roy Mitchell Fobister.
Charges of Robbery with a Weapon and Fail to Comply with Probation have been laid and a warrant for his arrest was issued and he was apprehended late yesterday.
