The Dryden Rotary Club is helping the newly built Hoshizaki House with some furnishing.
Club Treasurer Brian Braid says the club donated $15 000 for the cause on Friday.
Braid also says it is always great to give back to the community and when the club heard that the shelter needed assistance, they were eager to help.
He also says the money was raised through Rotary Radio Bingo on CKDR.
