Dryden Police Hand out awards

The Dryden Police Service held its Community Appreciation Night Tuesday.
A Commendation Award was handed to local resident Chuck Schmitt and a Certificate of Appreciation was awarded to the Kenora and Rainy River District Crisis Response Service.
Inspector Kevin Glenister says Dale Engstrom and Lidia Sfreddo were also honored for 20-years of service.
The Police Service also promoted Scott Silver to Sergeant at the Ceremony.
