No one from Dryden was arrested in the massive drug bust in the Kenora area but Dryden Police were actively involved in the investigation.
Chief Rob Davis says they know that drugs in Dryden are coming from Winnipeg through Kenora.
That’s why Davis says they provided some officers to assist in the year-long investigation.
Davis says Dryden has a problem of drugs in the community and this is a significant bust.
Davis says the fight against drug trafficking continues and the public will see similar announcements in the near future.
Provincial Police, RCMP, Treaty 3 Police and the Anishinabek Police Service were all involved in the investigation.
