Details Of Undercover Investigation In NWO

Ontario Provincial Police seized over $236,000 worth of drugs in a year-long undercover investigation.
Over the past week, a total of 38 people in the Kenora area have been arrested on 174 drug related charges.
Inspector Chris Harkins from the OPP’s Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau says the investigation involved five different police services, including the RCMP in Manitoba.
The Dryden Police Service, Treaty Three Police Service and Anishinabek Police Service were also involved in the case.
In addition to cocaine and marijuana, police also seized $61,000 of property, including cash and a number of illegal weapons.
