A new one year agreement has been reached between the Dryden Police Association and the Dryden Police Services Board.
Both parties ratified the deal on Tuesday.
It’s retroactive to January 2018 and ends December 31st.
Very few changes were made to the existing contract and there is no increase in wages.
The Association made it clear in talks that there first priority is their service to the City of Dryden, despite the uncertainty surrounding the OPP costing proposal in November.
Talks were carried out over several weeks and a deal was reached fairly quickly.
