Graduation celebrations at Dryden High School will look different once again this year.
The Safe Grad committee is hosting a bottle drive Saturday to raise funds for local gift certificates and items for Grade 12 graduates instead of having the traditional dance and other activities.
There’s also a Last chance to Clean out your garage and donate to a good cause safe grad bottle drive drop off at 27 Goodall Street Saturday from 9 am to 3pm.
It’s estimated that there will be 125 graduates this year and the committee hopes to have all funds in by June 10.
The committee is also rumbling the idea around of a Grand March down Wilson Street like last year, pending current lockdown restrictions are lifted June 24.
